Cuddy revealed that we can actually
change feelings we have about our own status through the physical
positions we take with our bodies. Her research participants had higher
levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol after only two
minutes in a "power pose". Cuddy asked if such findings can have wider
implications for empowerment training.

I prefer the TED Talks considering the low quality of the youtuber's comments here in this channel and the stupids laughs of the audience on the PopTech's stage that almost got pissed off Amy Cuddy. Don't get me wrong but the audience on TED is more selected taking in mind the high price to pay for an entrance at TED's lectures.·

I used to post TED videos but it's no longer possible, for some reason they are recognized as copyrighted although they are supposed to be under a creative commons license.
